Chief Minister’s Self-Employment Scheme

Under the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister’s Self-Employment Scheme, beneficiaries can receive financial assistance ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 10,00,000 for project costs. Interest Subsidy Under the Scheme:

  1. BPL category, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, women, minorities, and differently-abled citizens will receive 30% of the project cost, up to a maximum of Rs. 2,00,000.
  2. De-notified, nomadic, and semi-nomadic tribes will receive 30% of the project cost, up to a maximum of Rs. 3,00,000.
  3. Women entrepreneurs will receive an interest subsidy of 6%.
  4. Other categories of beneficiaries will receive an interest subsidy of 5%.
  5. The interest subsidy will be provided for up to 7 years.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Applicants must be permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh.
  2. Applicants must be between 18 and 45 years of age.
  3. Applicants must have passed at least the 5th grade, with no income limit restrictions.
  4. Applicants will receive a bank loan guarantee for up to 7 years.
